1. Punctuality: • Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation without a refund or reschedule. 2. Cancellations: • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. 3. No-Shows: • Clients who fail to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice will be charged the full session price with no refund or reschedule. 4. Rescheduling: • Clients may reschedule their session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. By booking a consultation with Lucid Domain, you agree to these terms.
