Cancellation Policy
1. Payment & Booking: • Full payment is required before securing a booking. • A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for any additional fees or changes. 2. Cancellation & Refunds: • Clients may cancel up to 24 hours before their scheduled booking to receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will incur a 20% cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded. 3. Rescheduling: • Clients who wish to reschedule must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. By booking with Lucid Domain, you agree to these terms.
